Watanabe Wheels

I have a lead on some 16x7 +25 Watanabe RS wheels. I have a 68 2000 on comp springs in the front. Doing a 300zx brake swap soon. I really want to pull the trigger on these but also want to make sure they may fit.

Anyone running a similar setup?

That should fit pretty good. If necessary, you could use a spacer for fitment..

This set is 16x7 and 16x8, very close to that offset..


Easily clears Z32 brakes..



I personally would choose 16x7 at all corners, but some people like the stagger..

We like the Watanabe RS-8 in a 16x7 size (25mm offset) on our roadster projects-- and it clears our 300ZX Brake kit http://spriso.com/our-products/datsun-r ... rake-kits/ with a 3mm spacer-- less if using our 26mm kit.

Clearance is very tight to the calipers, but on most RS-8 spoke designs, the wheels will just clear the calipers (which is why we have been using these wheels for years!)

Wow, the 25mm offset with a 7 inch wheel fits fine?

I was planning on spacers for my 15x7 +25 enkeis...10 front and 25mm rear. Should I just do 10mm front and rear?

Closer to 5mm on the rear, maybe no spacer.

25 spacer in the rear will put the wheel outside the wheel well..
