Dear Bay Area fun runners,
Due to the recent storms HWY9 is under some serious construction between Downtown Saratoga and the 9/Skyline intersection.
2 separate stoplights for single lane only traffic!
We didn't expect to see this on 311 Day!

haha I saw two kids walking up towards it and they told me a tow truck was on the way. It was a 3-point turn attempt gone bad...all to avoid stoplight traffic!
