Tour Down Under [TDU] Car display.

Post by Nissanman »

I have been invited, along with 120 other vehicles, by the National Motor Museum located in Birdwood South Australia, to take part in a car display in Shannon Street, Birdwood, this Friday 20012017.
The cars will be lined up each side of the road as a display for the TDU bike race that will go through Birdwood.
It is my chance to get INTERNATIONAL exposure for the Fairlady :smt023 :smt023 :smt023 .
So, try to avoid looking at the blur of Lycra across your TV screen and concentrate on the background!
Hopefully the press will make positive comments and be kind to what should be a very unique show.
Weather is expected to be sunny @ 27degC so it should be good topless weather

After the Lycra crowd has whooshed passed, the Museum is putting on a thank you BBQ lunch.

Looking forward to what should be a fantastic day :smt006

Great collection of cars, good pictures, looks like everyone had a great time. And free lunch to boot!

A professional photographer has posted much more and better pics on the Motor Museums Facebook page here: -
National Motor Museum - Australia

Looks like he did both sides of the street and photographed every entrant!
