[align=center]I just received the new race tires today! I went with the new Maxxis competition tire as they say they can be used for multiple heat cycles before needing to be replaced. I am still waiting to hear from Maxxis to find out if they will sponsor me this year.[/align]

[align=center]So while I am waiting for Rota Wheels to grant me sponsorship I went and purchased a set on my own. I made the mistake of getting the 15x7's and quickly realized that they made contact in the front while turning the steering to the max position left or right. I have them boxed up and going back tomorrow and a set of 15x6's are on their way. I went with the gunmetal grey with the big polished lip. I can't wait to get the Maxxis race tires mounted on them and on the car, after that I will have the front end alignment done![/align]

Here is a short video of the first drives by me and Keith Williams in the newly finished project!! It doesn't have an exhaust right now, just an open header. The exhaust will be installed tomorrow, the new tires and wheels will be mounted on Wednesday and the alignment on Thursday.
