Hello again

Post by 66Dustin »

Been absent from the forum for quite some time.

Purchased #919 from Ted in 2004 up in Washington state. Met shifty at a gas station and promptly set up an account here. Years of adventures from that old 1600 and met some fine people along the way.

Is it usually does though, life had different plans for me and years later I popped back up to make the Datsun great again. I didn't make it very far.

Then life happened again. Two kids and a wife later I've finally got the old girl out of storage and am ready to give her some love again.

So hello from Dustin in Lubbock Texas , look forward to stomping around here again.

Happy thanksgiving

OH Dustin,
#919, my first roadster, is looking neglected. :(
Lets get it back to proper condition ASAP. I will be watching :)
Here it is in 1996

There he is.

Good to hear from you sir. Being stored outside in the Washington rain then subjected to the west Texas sun took its toll on the paint. But she's never been wrecked and always loved.

There will be an engine swap, but I'll try to keep it classy and tasteful.

Hope all is well with you and yours.

A quick little memory. This was on my car after my first night out in Seattle. Chicks always did dig that little car.

By the way Ted, I see you've gotten a little better with a camera since 66! Mike
