SoCal TT 2016

Post by akear »

Anyone going? Its this weekend Oct 8-9. I am not signed up but plan on going for the Saturday morning send-off plus drive along for a while up through San Gabriel Mts. From the organizer...

"Friends and like minded enthusiasts are welcome to come to Purgatory Pizza,
1326 E First St 90033, on Friday night for a get together.
Likewise, help send off the group at Chango Coffee on Saturday morning,
1559 N Echo Park 90026, leaving about 9:30 am. Drive or ride along on the
route for a while if you like."

I did part of one once, starting from Frazier Park. It was so fun though I missed the bulk of the group.
There are some YouTube videos but I can not find a good link to more info.

I am somehow on the email list for this since I drove Day 1 of this 3 years ago, but I don't see any info on the web either, Linda. Must be all word of mouth now. Here is a thread from this forum from then.

It was a lot of fun; great eclectic collection of both people and cars. For those in the area and if you don't have other plans on Saturday, I highly recommend bringing yourselves and your Roadsters out for this.

Would love to be there, but I am currently in Tennessee, enjoying the Skyline on back roads..
