Well made a bit of progress this weekend. My girl continued straightening the garage area while i got the 'lady up on jacks.
Basically all i got done was flipping the shackle and getting the driver door window squared away.
The shackles were installed under the mount instead of inverted. I just unbolted the shackle mounts fron the frame and rolled them. It was significantly easier coming apart. Not much room going back.
Driver door wasn't letting the glass all the way down below the door. Well initially i removed the lower stop. Still did it. Ended up dicking around way too long. Turned out to be a combo of a couple things. Looked like the regulator was limiting itself as it crossed. Kinda hard to explain and no pics.
So i modded the reg after i finally got it out. Then i noticed the glass was still catching even without the reg. So i got to looking, and the front track on the glass holder was hitting the stop bracket a bit. So i massaged that out and eventually did a final adjustment to the stop. now i get full driver window.
Couple pics to show im really working. Lol

I got a bit hampered by the weather this weekend.
I did get the wheels dismounted cleaned and bead blasted. Today i put some paint on tbe inside of the wheel, mostly for prevention. My girl and i polished out the caps this evening.

Got some silver paint on the wheels. More part and bolt sorting.
Bolted on the carb and fiddled around with the hard fuel line long enough to realize the new $$$ bling pump came with the wrong fitting....
Pic. Clearly the shiny part is incorrect. :/

Made it to Mt Shasta. Meet and greet was great. Met A LOT of new and cool people. Just overall a great day and event.
We scrambled all week after work getting her assembled enough to show.
Loaded up the trailer friday evening for early Saturday departure. On the road by 630am, made Shasta in roughly two hours. Freeway is nice when it's empty. Lol
4runner did good. Never under 40mph on way down. Way back had to grab 2nd a couple times.
