Hello Everyone!

Post by Sloloco »

I just wanted to drop a note and introduce myself to the board. My name is Lance and I live in Pismo Beach, CA. I am from the Bay but moved here 10 yrs. ago for college and forgot my way back to the rat race  I just purchased a "low window" '67 1600 that needs some love (to say the least). I will be setting it up for street/auto-x. I have worked on cars since a kid and have done everything from wrenching to sales, service and parts. My passion was 5.0's as I was Sales Manager for a place called Maximum Motorsports which designed FORD race suspensions. I now have my own business based out of SLO County called Freelance Transport & Assistance. I want to offer my service's to you my fellow roadster fans as I think many of you will be helping me out some way if it be by tech or parts. I do a lot of runs between S.F. and L.A. so please keep me in mind when you need big things moved (i.e. cars, engines, rollbars). I look forward to talking with all of you and will try to share on Operation "Dot" as often as possible.

Lance,
send me an Email. I'm in SLO and I'd love to see your car. I have a 69 2000 that is at the limit of CSP mods. I'm racing it this weekend.

Will
Sorry, I find modern engine swaps revolting. Keep your G, R, or U series in your Roadster!
