Evan, PLEASE check your freeze out plugs while the engine is out. You can pull them all out and thoroughly flush out the block with a hose. I was amazed at all the crap that came out of mine. I did it with the engine in the car, you should check with it out, will take 1/4 the time. I think it was less than $15.00 for new ones, and the paint will look better. Get brass if you want, never rust.
