Blinkers Won't
After removing all chrome, painting, and replacing chrome and after removing the steering wheel to put on a new dash cover my blinkers won't blink. Mechanism in the steering column seems to be functioning fine, but no
right or left. Any ideas where to check? Thanks, Mark

RE:Blinkers Do Not Work
Mark,
Oh the joys of wiring. Make sure you do not have any pinched wires. According to the wiring diagram you should have a hot green wire coming to the fuse block to the flasher up to the turn signal switch. Check for voltage there first. No voltage-no flashers. Check for a blown fuse. Also double check the flasher unit. They can go bad. Does everything else work? Good luck.

Blinkers
Ahhhh blinkers. I have a related problem that I have been trying to fix for the better part of 3 years. My left signal doesn't work with the lights on. It works with the lights off, but as soon as I turn the lights on, it doesn't work. The right one always works. Go figure.
