Question, will that Turbo get hot enough to cook your brake fluid line or paint on the inner fender? You may want to consider some kind of heat shield if so?

Yep, I will consider that, on top of the turbo will I mount a turbo blanket and the exhaust is already protected with basalt stone shield.
When he runs I can see if it's necessary. the same for the hood.

I'm thinking where to mount the fuel pump and filter, first I thought at the side of the chassis, but who tackled this problem with a in line pump.

I found a nice place to mount the fuelpump, from there it is easy to connect to the copper lines.

I'm busy with the ecu inside the car at the passenger feet-end.
A few little things and then hope she will start.

I mounted mine on the outside of the frame rail, but I also have a lift pump i.e low pressure pump in the trunk.
If you just use one pump, don't let the car get too low on gas as they don't lift / suction fuel very well and will overheat and burn themselves out.

Make sure you have a full tank at start-up and "prime" the pump either by loosening the line until the fuel gravity flows to the pump or using a little air pressure in the fuel tank to force the fuel to flow to the pump.

Phil, good to know, thanks for the info.
I don't know if there is inside the pump a valve to stop fuel going back into the tank.
I tested the fuel-pump today and it has no problem to suck up the fuel, in about 3 seconds there was fuel for the first time. :D

There is a valve that keeps the pressure on the high side, so once you get her primed, its usually no problem.
The pump is metal to metal, so it needs gas to lubricate.

do someone know how much OHM the tank sensor is. I want to buy new gauges but I have to know how much the resistor in the tank is.

10 to 90 Ohms. Or close. It's in wiki under wire diagrams.

10 full 84 empty ohms for 66 and 67

I got it all under the hood, I only have to cover the turbo with a blanket.
Engine is running, but have some small things, maybe false air in the inlet or the AAC valve leaking, this weekend I want to drive it when's possible.
