That bodywork looks fantastic! I love that color - it looks like 531 silver bronze metallic. Or it could be 666 silver depending on the light.
In either case it looks amazing.
Putting a 67 back together can be challenging but it's like eating an elephant - a bite at a time. I would also get a buddy with a 67 to come by and park it next to yours It will give you inspiration - but you can also see how the pieces fit together. The most confusing stuff for me was under the dash and the brake and fuel lines.

Thanks, I'll have to ask Vanessa which color it is. I'm not good with small details like that, lol. I was thinking she said beige gray metallic, but don't recall. This is the factory color it came in.

Were you happy with the machine shop? Also, do You have any recommendations for a local plater/chromer. I will need them for at least my 67. Not sure its worth doing on the 69. BTW the car looks fantastic from here.

Very happy with the machine shop. I've used them a couple of times now.
As far as plating goes, we've used a couple of different ones. One in Toledo for about half of the work. He did ok, we did have to take a couple of pieces back, but he's standing behind them. We should have them back from the rework this week. He wasn't able to do some of the other pieces, so we took those to a shop in Romulus. We haven't gotten anything back from him yet, but should be seeing some of it this week as well. He was recommended by the guy who did our body and paint. I'll let you know.
