Nice and clean, wish they would stay that way. Looks like you'll be driving soon!

Re: Barney gets a refresh ...
Curtis, I think the carbs are 67. The frame is 68 with return line.
Added the T fitting on the rear carb to accommodate the return line.
Perhaps there is some other change I do not recall though

I'm a little late getting caught up, but she's lookin great! BTW, looked like you had plenty of valve clearance. Never hurts to turn it over by hand once assembled to check for contact, but it looks to be VERY unlikely.

That's a real sweet looking motor. Well, actually the whole car is looking sweet!
Will trade guitars for roadsters, food, shelter, clothes, etc, etc.

Hum I wonder if the guy with the red Ferrari would consider a trade ... Lol
The car runs better than it looks, so I am smiling even without the windshield on.
First pic is old Datsun comp springs front and rear. See Ted, I did not always have plastic mirrors

Second pic stock springs Alas, I was a little lazy with the aspect on the before. Que sera sera
Current Mike Young springs last pick. Lowering blocks are coming soon.
