New kid here..

Post by Matt Burkard »

I am not necessarily NEW to roadsters, but now I have had the fathers roadster passed down to me. For those who know him andyb is my dad, and like him I only got into roadsters when he bought one in 2013. Before I graduated from high school this May I was a part of the schools manufacturing program for all four years. I built custom parts with CNC machines and manual mills, and repaired old ones by hand as needed, But I am as of now retired from that since I no longer have a shop to work in. I am looking forward to getting involved in this community and hope to become fairly active within it.

Welcome Matt, and great to hear those skills are still being groomed, at any level.
Sounds to me like we need to find you a shop to ply your skills and help us out (well, maybe that second part is when the G-jobs take place, usually after the 90 day probation period!)
Welcome, and we welcome all questions. If I don't get a co-driver for the Snowball Rally next year, you are welcome to come along, as long as you promise to give me lip about my crappy driving skills.
