I didn't notice that, but what is the reason, Erica.

We welded the holes from the twisty's in the backing plate (oops). The topcover I borrowed is with 3 twisty's and they are in my topcover too, I just need to drill 3 twisty holes to install them, also the thingies you push on the Bside pillar are already on the cover but tI still have to install them on the car.

Changed the right rear moulding , looks better than the "chewed" one.

Also changed front springs, removed supercomb super low springs and mounted the springs from Mike Y.
Changed the bumpstops, removed the selfmade spacer, bumpstops are placed in an angle to do better job

cut the nut in an angle:

Finally the anti rust protection is in the frame, had to drill some holes for that

Again, nice work!

What car is the brake booster out of? It fits so well!

Cheers

It looks much cleaner.
Is the brake power better now Erica, or doesn't it make any difference.

@Matthew: Old Booster and headmaster cylinder are from a Suzuki Alto. The "new" one is still a booster from Suzuki Alto (same, but with modified longer push rod inside) and the "new" master cylinder is probably from a Nissan 200SX or 240SX.
The firewall is slidly adjusted to fit the booster.

@Peter I did not had the change yet to test it fully, because in a small block around town the left front brake was blocking during braketime. So Henk adjusted the new pen so the brakepedal (took out a bit of the freeplay) is a bit higher up, also bleeded the brakes again.

Had some time to test the master brake cylinder. This one works okay (the other one too) and the pedal is now much higher, it doesn't go al the way to the bottom. feels better.
Not sure what it is but I think it came from a 200/240SX.

Because we go soon to Spa-Classic we had some things on the to do list.

I changed the location of the emergency tire. I have a spare tire from a Bluebird 910 and today I found the cover from a 300ZX spare tire (only USA market I think, not sure) and put the spare tire in the cover, moved in place at the shelf behind the seats.
Now we can put a lot more junk in the trunk, the spare tire is low enough so the boot top will work.
