Fixed the problem

So I think I finally cured my car of fouling plugs.... after much frustration... we figured out it was only fouling the front 2 we figured it was the front carb. First we adjusted the choke and made sure they werent sticking, well that didnt fix it. So my dad told me to check the oil in the carb plungers.... YESS!!!! It runs purdily! I also adjusted the timing, got it were it idles softer and revs faster.... but i need my dad to listen to it to make sure it is right. Thanks to everyone on here that gave suggestions!
