You could also clear your browsing history and clear your cookies and see if that fixes the problem.

I have no issues, on regular home PC, PC Laptops that I use every few months log right in, Macbook and Android tablet also good. All using Firefox.

I have had the issue come and go. I never have figured out what caused it, nor what solved it.
