Hello, new here. just wanted to ask if anyone has any information on the rear brake cylinders. My car has 13/16 rear cylinders that where on the rear. I may have to replace them, but I do know that 3/4 cylinders possibly may fit as well.
There is a huge difference between both parts, can anyone please chime in and explain the pros and cons of both parts?
Thanks!

I assume you mean there is a huge PRICE difference in the parts?

It appears the 3/4" cylinders are the cheaper and work fine.

Changing mine out to 3/4 this weekend since one 13/16 is leaking and you can't seem to get a reasonably priced kit.
I have a couple rebuildable 3/4" cylinders and a couple new ones on hand. Managed to get kits for them. They came off my second car and had replaced the 13/16 by a previous owner.

On the wiki link, the text says the early cars used an 11/16" cylinder; shouldn't it say 13/16" cylinder?

IIRTC, you can use a 510 rear cylinder 13/16 but you need an adapter to change the 10mm thread to STD.

Yes, it should and I just fixed it. Been that way for a long long time. Thanks.
