It is not mine, I just drive and work on it. My wife decided she wanted a sports car so we started looking locally. We looked at a couple but too many problems and rust. She found this '69 1600 in SoCal, bought it after looking at cell phone photos and had it shipped.
I drove rallyes in the '70s with a Honda N600 Sedan before moving up to a '72 510. I put a domestic market SSS L16 w/125HP into the 510 and wish I still owned it. My wife had a 240Z that she still misses. This car just makes us smile.
Thanks for all the great information so far.

Re: New NW Roadster
Woo hoo! Welcome to the family. I expect to see you in person once my car comes out of hybernation and the NW driving season comes on. Consider the annual trip to Shasta, Solvang, the newer ones in Oregon and now the even newer one in Eastern WA. Plus some trips to Canada to meet up with that crazy bunch. I hope to attend more of the local events this summer. Great group of people here who love the cars and those who own/drive them!
