Forum doesn't remember me!

I use to be able to stay logged in. I always check the box for staying logged in. Somehow, I still have to log in every time I come on the forum.

Any ideas?

I've noticed this too.
Could it be related to the number of devices you use to access the site??
It seems to me that I can access it on my phone without logging in, but when I switch to my tablet or laptop or at work etc I may have to log back on.
I may be completely wrong.

It could be a security setting such as having cookies disabled.

Nothing has changed on the forum side since the last update which was months ago. Something is possibly not caching the site cookie on your end thus you have to log in each time. What browser are you using? If it is IE try Firefox or Chrome to see what happens. Sorry for the problem but it is not forum related but sounds more like a browser issue.

Had to log in today! Chrome is what I use. Weird... any hints where to start? I'm computer capable as long as there is some instructions

Do you have a program like Spybot that routinely cleans out or blocks cookies?
I think some of the anti virus programs will do that too. If one of them "updated" itself, it may have gone to a default mode.

I am able to be remembered and instantly logged in on other sites, I'll have to try and search through cookies and see if I can mess something up.

I double checked the cookie settings for the site on the server and they are correct. No syntax errors. If this were a system problem I would expect to hear more folks bringing the problem up. Is anyone else having this issue?
