Meet Registrations needed NOW.

Hi Fellow Shasta Attendees.

Like some of you I have waited to register for Shasta, for all the usual procrastinating reasons, BUT
for this year we need to have you register as soon as possible.
We have a side street in Shasta reserved for the meet but it only holds about 60 roadsters.
We ARE going to have MORE than 60 roadsters for this 30th annual Meet!
The City will let us use the main street through town if we have more than 60.
They will shut the street down, etc. just like "Big Time", if we can show we have more than 60
registered vehicles in the next couple of weeks.
Currently there are about 40 registered and the City is not impressed.
Get those registrations in NOW.
(Sending mine in today!)

Ted.

Cannot get the the time off to attend as we are very short staffed at that time.

Very much bummed at missing it. Especially since I had to pull my registration at Solvang earlier in the year because of work schedule conflicts as well. I will have to live vicariously....

Well, due to a bunch of things, ridiculously high airfare being one of them and trying to buy a house the other, I'm not going to make it to Shasta this year. I was really looking forward to it, but life gets in the way sometimes. We had reserved the 3 bedroom chalet/cabin at Finlandia for Thursday -Saturday night and I haven't cancelled yet. It was $300.00 per night, which split 3 ways is a a good deal vs. getting 3 rooms, plus you get a living room deck and kitchen.. If anyone wants to take it, please let me know pm or email and I'll find out how to transfer the reservation instead of just cancelling.
Everyone enjoy the show and I'll miss seeing/meeting you, but Carl is driving out to represent the East Coast and we'll try again another year.

Hello fellow roadster enthusiasts!

Hope your summer is starting out with some fun activities and relaxation! Speaking of fun activities, The Mt Shasta Datsun Roadster meet is fast approaching and this is the “30th Anniversary”! This is the longest running Datsun Roadster meet in the United States!!!

It’s hard to believe we are only a little over 4 weeks away from this monumental 30th Anniversary Roadster Meet! Many of you may also be finding the summer slipping away quickly, but we know you would not want to miss this fun event in beautiful Mt Shasta.

We are hoping to move the “Show ‘n Shine” from the side street we were located at last year and take over the main Street of Mt Shasta Blvd, but to do this we need to meet a car entry minimum. So if you are planning on attending the show it would help towards this goal for you to register as soon as possible.

In addition, we would like to have an accurate as possible headcount, for the awards banquet to ensure that everyone that wants to attend the awards banquet will be accommodated. We can adjust for a small amount of change in the head count, but with this being a banner year we do not want to leave anyone out.

There are a lot of fun activities planned for this year’s event and we hope to see you there. Don’t forget to register for this fun weekend in beautiful Mt Shasta on July 17th, 18th & 19th.
Please see our website at http://mtshastaroadstermeet.311s.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and register for the show if you have not already done so.

Shine up your cars, start up your engines and see you in July!!!!

I'm a notoriously late registerer, but Dave I printed out the form and will send a check!!! Hopefully my wife will be able to attend, but since the car accident driving long distance has been difficult. See you there!

Hey Shasta attendees from so cal, I'm crossing my fingers one of you will be willing to be a parts mule for me.

I have found a willing supplier of rockers for my '69 521 but he won't ship. What will it take for someone in the La Habra area to bring them to Shasta for me?

David, I just want to confirm the registration process for us Canucks. We're to send in the he registration form (done) and pay upon arrival? This is the assumption I've made so correct me if I'm wrong.

Hello fellow roadster enthusiasts!

Happy Fourth of July to the United States Roadster enthusiasts!!! Hope you are having fun with family and friends on the 238th birthday of the USA! Speaking of birthdays/anniversaries, we are so excited about this year’s 30th Anniversary of the Mt. Shasta Roadster Meet! We are only 2 weeks away and we hope all our roadster friends from Canada, Mexico, The Netherlands, Japan, and the United States are ready to celebrate together, this 30th Anniversary!

We are officially moving the “Show ‘n Shine” from the side street; we were located at last year and taking over the main street of Mt Shasta Blvd in Mt. Shasta. This will allow you to park your cars in the designated section for your entry and have the convenience to have coffee, breakfast, lunch and shopping during the show.

This year we are asking anyone that has T-shirts from past Mt. Shasta Roadster meets to bring them, as we would love to line the banquet hall with the t-shirts. (All shirts no matter how worn out or well-loved are gratefully accepted) Hopefully we will have a representation of most of the years, of this show. We only ask that you bring them with you, when you pick up your registration packet and we will put your name on it and will return your shirt at the end of the awards banquet.

Please see our website at http://mtshastaroadstermeet.311s.org/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and register for the show if you have not already done so.

In addition, we would like to have an accurate as possible headcount, for the awards banquet to ensure that everyone that wants to attend the awards banquet will be accommodated. We can adjust for small amount of change in the head count, but with this being a banner year we do not want to leave anyone out. So if you have not registered yet, please let us know you are coming so we can adjust the headcount for the banquet. You may pay and register at the show. or Thursday evening or Friday at: The Swiss Holiday Lodge 2400 Mt Shasta Blvd, Mt Shasta, CA.

Shine up your cars, start up your engines and see you in2 weeks!!!!
