What did you do TO or FOR your Datsun today?(Roadsters only)

Had my exhaust welded up. Took it over to my friends paint shop for a quote. Drove around the neighborhood a bit although the car is DMV challenged .

The last sticker on the plate of this car is 2007. Time to get her back on the road.

Yes. That was my Rustoleum paint job. It has since been stripped and will have single stage the same color as Victor's car.

I brought the roadster out of the garage for the first time since October. She started up right away and settled to a nice idle. I know that will change. Off next week to Sports Imports for a little carb adjustment to pass AirCare (emission testing). Then on to the Matsuri and beyond!

Don't look bad for a spray bomb paint job. I like the color a lot. good to see another going back into service.

I think the past winter demonstrated that Shedd had not only more snow but more extreme weather than Delta. No structures were blown over in my back yard!

Took off the old cruddy sheep-skins and put Tear-aid over the tears/cuts on the drivers side seat to keep them from tearing further until I can decide whether to have the old seats redone to stock or go Miata. Installed the center console I found on ebay - sort of. Still needs some vinessing. Polished the front bumper with Brasso - worked pretty good.

That's not a spray can job. That's the Infamous $50 Paint Job (Google it). A roller and lots of elbow grease, right, Ron?

What's the new color code? I'm thinking of something similar in the future so I don't disappear in the Sea of Red Roadsters.

Yesterday, I started pricing new soft tops......YOUCH!!!!!

I cleaned the dust off of my radiators (2), washed, cleaned, flushed and repainted one and installed it. My other one was in the sun drying while I was in the shop working........and some bastard stole it!

Oh well....I was wondering what I'd do with a spare rad. Could of gone to better use than that though.
