New owner in arizona

Post by Levallois »

Owned many triumphs - 2 spitfires, herald, 2000 sedan, TR6 and TR3. Still have the TR3 and Herald but needed a car while the former was being restored and the latter was being sold. A friend of a friend had a Datsun Roadster. Always admired that car so I bought a 2000 on Sunday - will be shipped to me next week. Looking forward to learning all about the little bugger. Happy to find this forum and the Arizona Datsun club as well. I imagine there will be a few questions once the car gets here.

From the seller - still don't have the car - transporter is taking their sweet time picking it up.

I didn't think so because I was looking at 1968 but it's listed in 1969. I'll change it to my name when I receive it. Thanks.

Very nice car. Welcome.

Happy to hear that you have ventured beyond the Triumph. I did the same. I think the Datsun Roadster is special. Glad you think so too.

Right on! Welcome to the roadster world. A word of warning, many here are addicted. The good news is it's rarely fatal just annoying to others not similarly inclined :D

Not that many to start with and even less now, so it's a small and supportive forum who will help no matter your level of skill or expertise.

Love to know more of your and the cars history when you get the time
