Just curious if anyone had developed a way to try multiple different color schemes on a roadster via photoshop or some other digital format?
It would be nice if there was somewhere on the 311s site where we could all try some paint on "our cars" prior to actually painting them.

RE:PhotoShop Painted Roadsters

Someone did do something like that in PhotoShop but I cannot recall who it was. I believe Mark Sedlack had something similiar to that when he was trying to select a color scheme for his V8 powered roadster. The problem is how the colors are prresented to the viewer. Video card, resolution settings on the monitor can affect what you see. It would be cool to have that feature on the main web site to play around with but I do not have the time to develop it. Anyone else?

What I did was to make a drawing of the hood looking from above, and then fill the sections with different colors. It's not very exact, but it gave me an idea of how the colors looked together. I also drew in stripes and can change them to match the other color or not.
