'71 510 wagon

Post by 67_1600 »

I sold my Roadster several years ago and went from that to a '66 Mustang and then to my '71 510 wagon. Eventually I'll end up with another Roadster but in the meantime I've been working on my wagon to get it DD ready. It's a very solid car I brought up from California and I've done a little work to it but still have lots to do. I recently replaced most of my front end parts and swapped struts with 280ZX struts. Eventually I'll install a 5-speed I picked up and get it painted, but I'm probably a year or so (at least) from the paint.

Thanks go out to Greg (Gregs672000) and David (pebbles) for helping me put together a set of Roadster rims for it.

Nice, I love Dimes...had a71 4 door but lack of space and roadster addition forced its sale!

There are some pics in my album http://www.311s.org/phpBB3/gallery/menu ... 2&start=20" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Glad I was able to help, especially with something I didn't need. Come on down to Shasta! You could pack a lot of parts in that baby for future use, or just sleep in it!
