Another Roadster in Kansas

Hey all,

I'm a new member to the forum but have been around a few roadsters (and browsing through the Tech Section) over the last 4 years or so, helping my dad Jim (jabel) go over his 66' 1600. Of course as everyone here knows, once you drive one...

So I recently purchased a 69' 2000: SRL311-09233. It's mostly in order other than a slightly shrunken top, a second gear synchro that gave up interest in synchronizing anything, a heater that never quits, and a handful of other small things. The seats are small things, right?

Thanks to everyone who's contributed to this site and made it that much easier to own a roadster!

Points to whoever can spot the other roadster in the picture...

The members on this forum have a combined knowledge base for roadsters that is really amazing. It's a pretty small group who seem to really want to share and help, which I have to say is pretty darned nice.
Rumor is several have a good sense of humor too.

Thank you all- yes, it is the red one and it's most of a 67 1600 actually, a pretty rusty parts car with a seized engine and a good frame.
