Yes it is a 97 Infiniti QX4, which is the same vehicle as the Pathfinder. I haven't moved the body yet, but when I do it will probably mean obtaining or borrowing a trailer.

I don't have a pick-up truck so I was pretty please at how the frame went in there. The long drive to the powdercoaters was uneventful, though I did have some exhaust fumes coming in through the open gate, so I made the trek with the windows down and the heat on.

I had the very front angled up and over a bit over the front passenger seat, but it didn't impede my space on the driver's side at all:

Please don't show this picture to my wife. I'd convinced her that replacing my 98 Durango with a 06 Dodge Quad cab was an essential and necessary step in the retoration of my roadster!

It is interesting and amusing to see the innovation of others in the process of restoring their roadster! Let's see more pics of the process.

Don't know what the price is by you, but a 1 day local rental on a U-haul car carrier is $49.00, or do what everyone does around here, go to Home Depot, buy a couple bags of whatever and rent their truck for a few hours, nice new big flatbed and I think it's $19.99 for 75 minutes. As long as it's a short drive.
I also used to borrow someones boat trailer for big stuff that wasn't heavy, like Jeep bodies looks like you have a trailer hitch

I saw an old car in the back of a El Camino last week, in Alameda, near the old base. I didn't get much of a look, but I'd guess it was a '37 Chevy sedan with the front end removed and the fenders sticking straight up along he sides. Quite the sight. Just goes to show that if you need to do, it can get done.
