It's not cheating. Us old schoolers did the same thing in a darkroom. Only difference is we used chemicals (that made my head woozy ) instead of technology!!

You didn't have to go to NOLA for a beignet. I had some cafe du mode mix right in the Hatteras house pantry. Those things are so good we keep a box of their mix on hand. Nothing like that coffee and those French doughnuts. Makes the drive down there worth it.
