15x7+12 do not stick out. So a +4 might stick out 8mm. As far as tires and wheels go IMO that isn't "a lot". The wheel will clear the rear well. You will have interference with the tire. Are you willing to massage the rear wheelwell 8mm? Some of the old stock race car photos show burnt paint and holes in front fiberglass. Pretty cool stuff really.

You guys do some great convincing, I was looking through all the 0 offset pics and realized these would be inboard another 4 mm for a nicer look, I'll let you guy know when I try it! (probably soon after mikunis and cam go on)
