Interchangable pressure sending unit model 66-67,5

Post by peter »

Does anybody know if there is a alternative for this part, I saw the type for the 240z the look similar but the price is almost the same, then I saw this one for autometer gauges to 80psi, does someone try this one.

I guess it would work if the Ohms measuring levels are the same to does of the gauge.

Have one of these on my car, works perfectly. Direct replacement for original. I can't tell it apart from the Nissan part.

great, looks the same, and much lower in price.
Is the metric Metric: M10 x 0.9 thread normally, I thought we have a 1\8 BSP thread, my block is a 68 5 bearing.

I put it in a metric block. Went right in and I didn't even think about that at the time. I suspect it's the 1/8 thread.

Yes, when you got a 66 block it's probably a 1/8 bsp the later type is metric, but I am not sure about the fitting.
But you get it in easily?
It cost me including shipment to the Netherlands 50 euro, not expensive.

For a 1600 it's about 40 tops I think. 2L pump would be higher.

mine does to, but I checked my pump and it reads on 3000 rpm about 55 psi on a external gauge.
