Good luck with the repairs, I hope it suffered minimal damage.
Today I removed the float bowl caps to see WTF was going on with my fuel delivery.
Behold and Lo, the front carb had a fur ball stuck against the float valve
Problem solvered.
The rear carb was fine so I reassembled it with some thread sealant on the inlet nipple.
Leak fixed.
Finally found the front sway bar, tucked away in my parts shed, exactly where I left it 8 years ago
Took ages to fit that thang.
Fresh rubbers and zero tolerance with the fasteners = trouble.
Made a new rubber gasket for the glass bowl filter and checked for any leaks using myself as a air pressure source.
Tight as a drum so that's back on the car and in service

Did a timing check, now set at 12deg BTDC, adjusted the mixture on the carbs. spark plugs now a lot cleaner
By no means the final setting but it is
real close I believe

Have an interesting problem with the fuel gauge.
I got it from the US of A years ago since my car had an aftermarket gauge fitted.
Anyhoo, after being restored and lovingly installed, it works BACKWARDS

10L of fuel in the tank and it reads FULL.
Obviously intended for a -ve ground car.
I'll live with it for now but I will modify the tank sender to send a positive voltage to the gauge so it reads correctly.
Also noticed that the tyres that I have fitted are rubbing on the upper wishbone at full lock.
They are 175x75R13s. My tyre fitter talked me into them, I should have insisted on 155s.
If necessary I'll fit some longer bolts to the steering stoppers to prevent that intimate contact.
I really do need my windscreen frame back from the Chroming shop
