I had a nice midnight run with my friends over at Sushi Factory over the weekend. Adrenaline rush! :twisted:

There were two Celicas, a Supra, 240Z, a couple of Lancer L-types, SR Corollas, MR2's, etc. Awesome drive and meet-up with fellow enthusiasts :D

Yeah. I'd like to see them from the front view though. I don't appreciate the MG view as much.
Sweet cars guys!

Mulholland > Stunt > Piuma > Malibu Canyon > Mulholland to the Snake and back

Thanks guys -- three Roadsters in a row makes it a much more fun drive!

I drove Mulholland>the Snake>Kanan>PCH>Topanga> home. Met the guys at the top of the Snake rest area as I had a stop to make first. Waited about 15 min or so and they all rolled up, Mike , Garm and new guy, Sean. So after another 10 min of standing around, Jay Leno shows up and crosses the street to check out the Roadsters. Mike pops the hood on his car to show the SR 20. Some chat about this n that, radiators( Jay recommends Be Cool) etc
We are all smiling, fun :)

Linda
PS I think Jay might like another Roadster. Better watch out Ted, you might get outbid :?
Sadly-Linda has passed away 2022. She was the 311's den mother and drove the first Rare-Parts ball joint project. RIP.

Drove down to the Meadowdale, Motorsports & Memories car show in Carpentersville, IL. With Scott from Las Vegas. At the show we met up with Dan and Bill from Madison and Dave and Matt from Lake in the Hills and Palantine, IL.

http://www.mirpa.org/2013/5th-annual-me ... -car-show/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

then to http://thevillagevintner.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for a couple pints at a local brew house.

Pics here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/82293958@N ... 543701211/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

It was a great day! I cannot believe the buzz we caused with everyone who came into the pub after we did!! We were a hit at the car show as well. John Morton even walked down to talk to us while we were hanging out by our cars. He especially liked Scott's car, in the pic, and was impressed by the miles driven by Scott to get here.

Thanks to a local Roadster owner, Dan Kroninger, for the pics.

not sure why there is so much garbage in this post but the links work.

Around town, but it was a great sunny day after 23 days of rain.
Little picture with the Chugach Mountains in the background

Wish we had more shows and rallies to participate in. Very Jealous of the Datsun Community down in the lower 48.

Garm's, Shant's, Mike's cars and Garm..

Image

back of cars, Shant, Garm, and the bicyclist who made it very clear that small sports cars would inevitably end up flying off a canyon..

Image

Jay barely gave a glance to the Diablo and the Carrera GT, but 3 roadsters? Not a chance.. It was funny, I saw him standing there, then suddenly he is dodging motorcycles to come cross the road and check out roadsters..

Image

Fun day! Thanks Linda, Garm, Shan't..

And Garm and I switched rides for a run on the snake.. The differences between the cars were fun to explore. I really want his steering wheel, and it was interesting to rid in a car that feels lighter than mine..
