the secret to repairing the bow is in the fit. In other words, without having a car to fit it to, you are guessing how it will form to the top of the windscreen. we always repair and fit to the car (any high windshield car will do). Be careful and make sure it fits. I have some that customers tried to repair, that look ok but do not fit. It can take as much as 6-8 hours to repair one to fit perfectly. We cut them open, straighten out the damage, add a reinforcing plate, weld up, grind, bondo, and paint. The key as I mentioned is having a car to constantly check the fit.

Looks salvageable to me... Welding will be slightly more complicated then mine was, but doesn't look terrible. Like Ross says, get it straight first make sure it fits - then weld it up... Straightening yours should be pretty intuitive because the top bow is not that bent.
