Hello fellow Datsun folks

My name is Stefan, and have been racing Datsun 240Z in Scandinavia the past 6-7 years. Time has come to the point where i would like to race 311's, but this is just like starting from scratch

I desperatly need your help.

First of all, I would like to see if anyone have the FIA 214 homologation, as we tend to use this as the class regulation. Secondary, if the homolagation seems ok, I would like to know if anyone have knowledge of 311´s racecars for sale anywhere. I will be in the states between the 17-25 august

Greeting Stefan! There was a very nice and well sorted 1600 race car in Washington state recently, not sure what city but was found on Craigslist for Seattle/Tacoma. If 240z like power is required, you may need to go u20 engine, but the R16 can be a great engine, deliver good power and be a bit less expensive to rebuild.

Welcome and good luck with your search. Race cars do pop up on Ebay and craigslist from time to time. Pretty short notice on this request. Did a quick search on Ebay and came up with nothing. Here is the only one I found on craigslist-Not a true race car but sounds fun.

Not at the moment. However it represents the type or style of Datsun 311 race car that you will typically find here in the states.
Some pics of your Z, and your type of racing class, or a link would be helpful in the search.
