I just bought a 1967 patrol and know nothing about them.
Who has the best forum site for my questions.

Butch (sleepyzzz) has a Patrol. You probably could have bought his! Anyway, hit him up to see if he can answer your questions.

I found: 60Patrol.com seems to be the forum of choise for now.
I Talked to sleepyzz yesterday super nice guy so this will be a fun project.
