MAN!!! Can't we all just get along!
I'm glad I missed this one. I know you have a Z Vic, but I can understand their angst. There must be 1 million Z's. They probably secretly wish they had a Roadster!

Wow...Sound like there was a serious disconnect going on with the Group Z folks at the event.
Funny as it sounds, one of my old co-workers(Hitten Patel) was a group z member and I attended several of their meetings in Buena Park. Never any bad vibes. As a matter of fact, he actually got me in touch with Ross back in 1993...Heck I didn't know there was such a thing as a "Roadster" vendor. He even clued me into this roadster show called..."Solvang"!
Hitten (Who I believe was a past Group Z President) was always positive about the roadsters and was a real influence in fueling my Datsun addiction back then. He owned a very fast z car (later turned racer) which had triple mikunis and scared the crud out of me when he took me for a drive. I think Hitten may have even provded me with the Stan/Dave Primo's name when I swapped in a L20B into my old 70 1600.
Oh well...Sad to hear what happened at the event.
