I have perused this thread but not intensively so maybe it's been done but I used to think that

well - unless NY allows 8 characters - the last two won't work.
How about 67 5 - and you paint in the point??

NY allows 8 characters. No symbols. Cops here are pretty touchy about plates as most partrol ars in my area have plate scanners, so painting even a small dot on the plate is a bit uncomfortable.

They are all good. Guess you need two more cars.

Have a hard enough time with the one! Bought it last July, delivered in August, driven it for about 10 minutes, at a mechanic ever since.

I love the old black plate because their plate scanners cannot read it.. They don't need to know where I go or who I talk to..

67POINT5 may look like "67 points" from a distance.
Perhaps use spacing among your 8 slots: 67 PT 5

MID 67 came to mind, too

Thanks for posting Dave! Still haven't got the picture posting thing yet. Maybe in a few days during the Lake to Lake Ramble you or Linda could show me (again?). Like the plate, not sure about the grape background. Carl
