Help with Part #

Post by Conner »

Does anyone happen to know the part number of the square spacer blocks that go on the studs between the carbs and the intake manifold on the 2-liter? I can't seem to locate these on the parts microfiche sheets for either the carburetors or the manifold.

The only carb insulator part#'s that I can find are:
16174-25500 (SR)
16174-25501 (SR)
16174-14610 (RACING CAR) (SR) (OPT)

Dash -255 types should be the rubber types.
The last one must be the phenolic block type like the 1600's because the dash -146 indicates its for the SPL

Maybe someone has more updated part#'s , as these came from the 1968 Japanese parts book.

Hope this helps

Excellent. Thanks for your help, Ray.
Part #16174-25501 is in partznet, but the list price is $32.39 (each)--can that be right for the part I'm thinking of? Even in the context of other parts I've looked up from Nissan this seems high for those little pieces. I guess I will go to the dealer and ask, though who knows if they will be able to tell.
Thanks again.

You might try Fairlady Products, I think he sells the blocks and gaskets for SU's...TR
