New to forum with three project 2000's

Post by dennisinsc »

I'm getting ready to pull all three out of the barn where they have been for almost 30 years and put them up for sale. A '69 and two '68's.

Bought them between '77 and '82. Drove two for a while. Then got married, got downsized, started two different businesses and now getting ready to retire, but have decided to concentrate on my series one '71 240Z that I bought in '73. That being said...............

The '69 has no windshied. Rad, engine and tranny are out. But here.

One '68 (white) has rad engine and tranny out. But here. This has a Univ of Ariz parking sticker on it, don't know how it got to Atlanta, where it bought it along with the other '68.

Other '68 is mostly complete with 240Z seats. Was driveable when stored.

I'm wondering whether to sell individually or together.

Haven't taken any pictures yet (the barn is dark), think I may wait until I get them outside.

Any suggestions?

Welcome! Individually would be easiest to Pics and locations would really be needed. If it were me, I would keep one, but then again, I prefer ragtops to coupes...

Welcome,

A few suggestions

- Please post your location to better inform prospective buyers.
- Yes take lots of pictures supported by description of operational condition, uniqueness, known history, etc.
- Note the forum rule regarding notice of sale. Every notice of sale must include a sale price. Other sale conditions are not so important.
Post sale info in http://www.311s.org/phpBB3/viewforum.php?f=6

Expect to be visited by a few roadster nuts as lately there seems to be an increase in projects and interest especially with several large parts inventories being downsized and turned over.

Get those roadsters out the barn and back on the road!

Good luck
Garth

Welcome - details, details, details - that's what we need!
You'll probably get more for them individually versus grouping them for a sale.
