Non Roadster, old mystery golf cart

A neighbor gave me this thing I dont know what it is. Its old anyone know what brand it could be? I need to get rid of it.

Back when I used to build motorized Lazy Boys, I spent alot of time looking for old golf carts. They usually sold pretty quickly on EBAY. AS far as what kind that might be, I can't help you there. Is it gas powered or electric. Also, it looks more like a utiliity cart/neighberhood vehicle than a golf cart.

Its electric. It as about 3 big batteries.
