4.11 Ring and Pinion Gears

Post by Marky510 »

Was wondering if anyone knew if any of the Roadster came with a 4.11 rear end? Any Gurus out there that know for sure?

Thanks for all your input.

Well, I don't know that I am a guru, but the early 1600s were supposed to be available with either the 3.889 or the 4.11 gearset. The contemporary road tests should confirm that, but there is nothing that I have seen or heard of to document if a car has it or not.

Thanks Sid,
I have my 67.5 1600 that I might have to pull rear end out of and see what it has.
