start cleaning contacts and checking grounds. Lots of gremlins to be found in a Roadster. Currently, my passenger side markers don't work.

I just wanna put this out here...

I design and make vinyl stickers and decals and would love to know what you guys want.

What do you have in mind?
Want something I've already done?
here are some of my previous designs:
DATSMO
Image
J-DATSUN
Image
CustomHearts
Image
DATSMO & Custom license plate frames (i have stock of blank black frames)
Image
Image
(JDM as "F*CK (f*ck in japanese))

If you had something in mind...show me...sketch it...link me...I can probably get it done.

If you're on Facebook, join the DATSMO page (...search "DATSMO")
to see more stickers (in the stickers album)

If not on facebook, my blog: http://www.datsmo.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (..not updated as regularly as facebook)

Most stickers are $6-$8
Frames are $8 for single and $15 for a pair

Dean sells glove box inserts - you have to assemble them - but they do the job nicely.

Welcome!

I have to ask about the 2+2 Z. How does it compare to a 240? I've wanted a Z for a long time, but would like to be able to take the whole family for a ride. Every blue moon I see a 260 2+2 for sale.

They are definitely funky looking.

I am from Laguna Hills so I can help you out to some extent. There is a guy in Fullerton who specializes in parting out roadsters. He rebuilds them at night in a storage place somewhere off of Orangethorpe ( I think). I have spoken to him but never met him. Really nice guy. I think he calls his place roadsterwerks.

I have a 68 2000 with an engine rebuild going on. About ready to drop my engine back in the car. Just need time.

Anyway, if you have questions or want to drop by some time. I can give u some advice. Am no where as seasoned as the guys on this site but I do know a lot as I had a 2000 roadster as a kid as well.

i don't think so. the extra length for the back seat makes it look better imo and also ride better. and the 74 260 2+2 has the fold out rear windows which are nice. and i bought mine for the same reason that you list. but it has been only once or twice that a kid has sat in the back seat.

Hey Shifty,

Thanks for the welcome!

How does a 2+2 compare...well, i can't base it off experience as I've never owned a 240z, but from what i've read and what other people have said, the 2+2 feels a little more solid on the ground. Given with its longer wheel base, I guess that's what's making it feel more "grounded".

I can say this tho...it's not for everyone. 2 seater guys hate 2+2 and think they're ugly...which I can agree that in stock form, they're pretty ugly. But done right, they have potential.
2+2 owners (including myself) love our 2+2 and dont care what anyone else has to say ;)

My buddy who also has a 2+2 jokes with other people at meets and says...

Thanks! That would be cool if we can get together sometime!

I did drop by Roadster Werx on Saturday...he said my roadster is definitely a great start! (wheeew)
Real cool guy...friendly and helpful :)

I want to borrow someone's glovebox....I'll be able to duplicate as I'm a box maker (work for a packaging company and use CAD to do package structure designs) ;)
