I put Rally Stripes on the Roadster - Purists look away...

Well, I took it to the Danville d'Elegance, with stripes, no center caps, no side trim. Among the dozen Aston Martins, 15 Alfas, 35 Ferraris, a handful of MGs, countless Jags, Lambos, and Shelbys, plus a whole bunch of U.S. classics and muscle....the little Datsun wasn't even officially entered for judging, but it won the "Committee Choice Award". I had four cars showing at the event and I can tell you: everyone loves the Datsun! Next year I expect to see more Datsuns in this great event. More photos to come...

Nice work. Nothing wrong with stripes. Obviously the judges liked them as well. Perhaps next year I'll be able to join you at the show.
