Rover V8 3.5L into a '66 Fairlady

Is putting a rover 3.5 liter V8 alloy block into a 66 fairlady possible? what kind of mods are needed? has anyone done this?

Craig Halsted has a frame that has already received the mods for a Rover V8 - and he has a Rover. At least he did have them. He may have sold them by now. I have heard of rumors of one out there driving, but I have not seen it nor pictures of it.
