260Z, non G-nose, what is it?

Never seen a body kit with this nose. what was the goal, make a 240Z front look like a 350Z nose?
I don't get it. It is now one of those "two designers argued, and the boss made them come to a compromise".

Look like it was wrecked in the front and the body man had never seen a 260Z, so he look up Z on the internet and entered 06 instead of 76.

just cant understand why? it doesnt even get to the point if it aint broke dont fix it, cause the front of a 240/260z was always very pretty... that looks like a fighter at the end of his career.. no finese or flair.. not even that functional?? and aerodynamics?? like a tank!

Functionally speaking, it is probably better than stock. At speed the fronts get light if you don't manage with a spoiler of some sort. Having said that. It is ugly. Some engineering involved though if the hood flips up to the back now... Looks like hood pins. Could also just use stock latch at back, pins in front and lift off... Goofy for sure... Looks more like an old Daimler - the one that looks like a catfish - not much like a 350.
