I have a set of those I'm trying to get restored. Mine are in much better shape, though I don't think it matters if your planning on having somebody else do the work for you. The amount of work you want done can change the pricing alot, but if you just want the lips polished and the rest painted, you'd be looking at $125 per wheel. Wheels America says they will fix almost any wheel, including welding in cracked areas, for $129 per.
Depending on the lug nut style, they can a bear to source. I have talked to people who have had to have them made. I believe the acorn style lug nuts would be much easier to find, though certainy not off the shelf anywhere. The mag style with a shaft diameter, which those look like, are the harder type. I think I have it figured out, but I'm not drivin' on them yet, so I can't say for certain. Once I do, I'll make all the info available.
And then there is putting the wheels together. Plan on running innertubes, from what I understand.

Even old and beat-up, they look great. Not in my paygrade, though.....sigh...

They went pretty cheap in my opinion. I would love to own a set, but have Libres right now. If anyone with 2 piece Empis wants Libres instead, drop me a line! We can chat!!
