Martin Swig Memorial Drive - Sunday July 29 9A - California

In honor of our good friend Martin Swig who inspired so many to experience the joys of driving and exploring in our vintage cars we invite you to join us in a back roads Sunday Drive and lunch on Sunday July 29. Martin organized the California Mille and in many ways was the inspiration for the Iron Bottom, The Drive, The SoCal TT, the Melee, and a host of other great backroads drives.


We will meet at the UA La Canada 8 complex at 1919 Verdugo Boulevard, La Canada, CA 91011 at the junction of the 2 Fwy and Verdugo Blvd. at 9:00 AM. There is a Starbucks and a bagel shop there and gas next door.

While many of us will be driving vintage cars of all description, if you opt for air conditioning and comfort you will be completely welcome.
Feel free to join us at the start and follow the route or join up at any point along the way or meet us in Casmalia around 12:30.
