Solvang Early Registration ends April 15th!!

Post by Ldino21 »

Hey those of you who are on the fence about Attending Solvang this year, the Deadline is fast approaching, Early Registration ends this coming Friday the 15th (Tax Day). Afterwards there will be a $10 late fee on all registrations received after that date.

Remember you can send your registration by fax and pay it using PAYPAL.

Just go to the Website:

http://groups.msn.com/fresnodroc/solvang2005.msnw

So far we have received over 50 early registrants!! Remember, there will be a VERY LIMITED supply of clothing available at the show, so if you want to guarantee you will get something you must Order T-Shirts, Polo's or Sweatshirts by April 15th.

Thanks everyone for the Quick responses on the early registrations for this years Show, so far we have already received more registrations than the total number of participants we had last year. We still have 2 weeks to go, so if you are still on the fence, c'mon we really want to see you there!!

We talked to the Hotel sponsors this week and there are 45 rooms that have been booked by Solvang Participants, that is great!! Looking forward to having some fun Friday night. You still might be able to find a room available if necessary.

The Fresno Group is beginning their Caravan on Friday at about 9:30a.m. from Fresno and should be arriving in Pismo Beach sometime around 12:00 noon for Lunch.

So if members from BADROC, 311 Skid Marks, or the Modesto and Sacramento groups want to meet up that would be a great location!! Or we can meet earlier somewhere along the route.

So far everything is on track, but we know some wrench will be thrown in there the day of the show, but no worries, looking forward to some great Roadster talk and a whole lot of fun!!

Joaquin,

I'd recommend driving up on Friday if you can.Take the day off from work or school.

I used to drive to Solvang late in the evening on Friday or Saturday morning. But have found that traveling the day before was not only more relaxing, but also allowed for more time meeting roadster friends.

Dan,

I wish I could on friday, but then I would have to spend more money on booking a room. I would gladly sleep in the roadster, but thats not comfortable :). And also my parents are going to work on friday, and I am only 15, and still dont have my permit(hoping to get it soon this week). And I need to be with a adult to drive. Still alot of possibilites, still 1 week to plan out things, I will see what happens by then.

I will be there! Im going to try my best to make it even if I am not able to drive it there, it will be cool to have it at the show with the rest of the roadster family! More young blood would be cool! Alot of friends think its cool, but most of them are still into the ricing scene, but getting tickets and cars crushed is just not for me. I will stick with my classic. Anyway, Yes, I think my Dad will have fun at Solvang. Hope to see you all there!
