they should be my rotas are 15x7 with a plus 12 offset and fit fine. The correct offset is +15.

Tire size should also be taken into consideration. A 195 60 on a 15x7 +12 is tight to a front 23mm swaybar, so depending on how aggressive one drives, may have a rubbing effect on paint and steel.
on the rear its tight on the inner well just at or below the side moulding.

Use 195 x 50 15" and they should be fine anything bigger and you might need to do some tweeking.

I have 195 50 front and 205 50 rear on 15 x 7 +12
