Yeah, that's the problem with those measley 256 gig laptop hard drives, eh?

Great pics. Thanks for taking the time and effort.

Yeah, but mine is a 120GB SSD. So very fast, but small for a weekend like this.

I am going to add my experience to Ted's thread instead of starting another one if that's ok :D
We got to Solvang around 8:30am and I was surprised to see the one half of the city block already filled with roadsters! I heard 87 cars was the total count present, with +/- 4 non-roadsters
Image
I was on a mission to find this roadster that my friend had spotted on the freeway blasting southbound on a chilly Thursday evening:
Image
And I found it! "roadsterjon" it was nice meeting you:
Image
The "diamond in the rough" category was extensive with lots of gems on their way to being stars:
Image
"chucks66" made it:
Image
I was impressed with "msmethers"(marshall) freshly painted black/gold V6:
Image
Owners from all over attended with several cars from Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Canada!
This was the first time seeing Mitch Jensen's S15-powered SRL in Scoville paint/stripes:
Image
Flat dash conversion:
Image
factory roll bar and NEW SR20DE crate engine:
Image
Image
Jeff's '66 STROKER with a new RON DAVIS radiator and velocity stacks:
Image
Turbo-DIESEL powered truck was turning heads from it's two-tone paint and disc brakes:
Image
Image
Kurt and his wife Beth both drove their roadsters down to Solvang for the first time!
Image
Eric(SRL311DET) and Michael(spriso) drove down from Oregon with Dave Joliff and also stopped by ZCarGarage on the way. Both of these cars are sensational automobiles. I will start another thread for them. Eric won best of show:

The banquet/awards ceremony was held in a different location and everyone had a good time. People were very excited when Jeff announced the VTO LeMans wheel set: Image
It was a beautiful, sunny day and as always not enough time to see everyone and their cars, but I did see Dewey from MT and Dbrick(thanks for sticker), Richard, Ted, Brian(NV) and others especially from my neck of the woods. I got to meet lots of folks whom I only knew by screen name like Garm, Scott(scogre), datsun.david from Canada. All a pleasure to meet in person!

THANKS to organizers Jeff and Gabby:

Great photos guys! I'm so sorry I had to miss it. My 84 year old Father had to have emergency surgery the day before I was planning to leave. Just didn't think it was a good idea to leave town. My roadster wasn't ready anyway, so I'll see you all there next year. I was especially looking forward to meeting all of you Northern California guys. :-( My Roadster should driveable, but far from finished, in a couple of months, so Maybe I can catch one or two impromptu fun runs this summer.

Awesome pictures. Looks like a great time. I am hoping to come next year, I haven't been able to attend the past 2 years to to a Trade Show that same weekend. I should be able to get my boss to cover.
